The Course leader is Mary Arasanmi, founder & CEO of NewUNow Health & Wellness Center.
Mary Arasanmi is a Board Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach. Mary became passionate about helping people regain their health after seeing the struggles of many to overcome health issues, bad eating habits, low self-esteem, tired syndrome, weight problems and lack of energy.
Having lost weight herself years ago helps her understand the importance of lifestyle changes. Mary combines her nutrition education with personal experience to help people make better choices.
Mary received her training at Integrative Nutrition, New York NY where she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. She is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. (AADP) In addition, Mary has Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling and a Diploma in Leadership.
How long does this course last for?
The Holistic Institute Course is a 12 week-long course. There is a new lesson released per week as well as the added bonuses and resources.
What kind of time commitment is required for me to successfully complete this course?
Well, each video lesson lasts around 45 minutes to an hour so that leaves you plenty of free time to watch it once and repeat a few more times maybe during the week if you choose to. With the added learning resources provided with the videos, you will need to dedicate at least one hour per week to complete them successfully.
How can I gain access to this course if I don't have a laptop?
Great question! You do not need a laptop to go on this course and make full use of it. You can access all the videos, notes, PDF files straight from your phone or tablet. I have a very busy lifestyle. Are there designated times to meet online?
Apart from the occasional FB Live webinar that will be hosted via Facebook and streamed onto the NewUNow official website afterwards, no, there will be no designated time to meet online for Holistic Institute Members. All the lessons will be available to view on-demand, with 24-7 access across all platforms. However, should this change in the near future, we will be quick to update you & let you know!

Are there any on-site training or additional live workshops?
Yes there are. Our course leader & company founder Mary Arasanmi hosts a FB Live Seminar every week and also runs the Holistic Institute On-Site Classes every Saturday (from 11am to 12:15pm) at the NewUNow Wellness Center in Houston, TX.
What are the prerequisites for taking this course?
There are no definitive prerequisites or qualifications needed to take this course. We believe this 12-week program is for everyone, young and old, from all walks of life. If you are someone has had serious health issues in the past, we highly recommend you invest in this course and learn how to avoid repeat episodes of what we know can be truly traumatic experiences of pain, grief and emotional imbalance.
If you’re someone who considers themselves healthy and simply want to learn ways to maintain that state of physical well-being and improve, this course is for you too.
What if I want a refund?
While we honestly doubt you will want a refund after purchasing this great course, we do offer a 3 day free trial period where you can simply cancel if you feel you are not happy with the course. If for whatever reason you have a legitimate reason why you no longer want to continue on this amazing 12-week course, we are happy to refund your money back to you. We hardly have anyone cancel and we very much doubt you will too, but we have given that option just in case you do! WIll I recieve proof of completion after finishing this course?
Yes you will. We will issue all Members with a Completed Holistic Institute Certificate after the 12 week course. All modules must be completed with all resources used in order for each Member to recieve their Certification.
Does that mean there are exams and tests involved?
No! There are no examinations or tests involved with this particular course. This Program is simply an educational course showing you how to maximise your health, make better nutritional choices and improve your overall wellbeing. We suggest you watch every video and take notes, we also suggest you make use of all the study guides and checklists we will provide. However…there are no examinations or pop quizzes. Don’t worry about that! We just want to learn and enjoy the new information we are bringing to you.
Will there be any kind of support while I am signed up to this course?
Yes, of course. Throughout your 12 weeks with us, we want to not only teach and equip you but we want to support you and work with you on your journey towards a brand new you.
